Hudson Valley is home to some incredible wedding venues. We have captured wedding days at so many of the venues in the area. Today we are sharing 3 of our favorite Hudson Valley wedding venues with you.
Helsinki Hudson
Hensinki Hudson is easily one of our favorite Hudson Valley wedding venues. It is located in the city of Hudson, NY. We have captured countless weddings at Helsinki Hudson and the space continues to impress us. Four separate spaces make up the venue—The Restaurant at Helsinki, Club Helsinki, The Ballroom, and The Courtyard. The Restaurant (the food is top notch, by the way!) seats 85 and is connected to the club, which has a capacity of 225. The spaces can be combined to accommodate around 500 guests.
The restaurant features exposed wood and brick accents with leather chairs and classic decor. Club Helsinki is a multi-tiered theater space with table and booth seating, a lighting system, and a luxurious dance floor. The Ballroom is located above The Restaurant and features include a wooden dance floor, bar, guest seating at tables, and a baby grand piano. You can access The Ballroom via a separate entrance, making it an ideal space for wedding receptions. The Courtyard is open during warmer months and adds a beautiful outdoor space for events.
What we love most about Helsinki Hudson is the amount of character the venue has. It has so many spaces that change with the seasons, giving you a diverse space that is beautiful year round. During winter, this venue has a magical cozy feeling and we love taking photos in the alley against the brick when there is snow. In the summer and fall, the outdoor patio can be used for a ceremony location. When the weather permits, you can even have an outdoor tent reception! In addition to all of the nooks and crannies to explore on the property, there are also many picture-perfect locations within walking distance from Helsinki Hudson. Hudson is home to lots of adorable Airbnbs to rent and a local favorite hotel called The Wick.

June Farms
June Farms is a 120-acre farm with lodging, a restaurant, and an event space located in West Sand Lake, NY. On the farm, you’ll find heritage livestock breeds raised on spacious pastures. Guests can tour the farm on self-guided walks or can call ahead to rent a golf cart for their visit. We love this space as a wedding venue for so many reasons. There is a location for getting ready onsite, a picturesque barn, an event tent with a background of fields, horses, and cows, and adorable cabins nestled in the woods. There is also a ceremony site with an arch that you can decorate to your liking. June Farms holds a limited number of weddings each year so that they can ensure that each couple receives the best quality and service possible.
Their all-day wedding packages include 7 hours of exclusive use of the 120 acres of property, two tents, use of a premium cocktail lounge (aka The Pony Barn), floral arrangements inside The Pony Barn, a wedding coordinator, parking, and more! There are options for golf cart shuttles to the ceremony site, pre-ceremony cocktails, and rehearsal packages. The ceremony site and Pony Barn accommodate up to 100 guests, but there are options for larger wedding parties as well. Lodging at June Farms is a highlight of every wedding here! There are unique cabins, a tipi, and even an airstream.

Stone Tavern Farm
Stone Tavern Farm is another one of our favorite Hudson Valley wedding venues. Nature surrounds this venue, making it one of our favorites! This farm venue is a historic 250-acre horse farm located in Roxbury, NY that features an event barn, accommodations, a pavilion, rolling hills, and farm life.
There are two popular ceremony locations nestled on the property—couples say their vows under a magnificent sugar maple tree or on a mountaintop with panoramic views. Guests can be carted back and forth on golf carts or walk down to the ceremony location and take in the beauty of the property. There are old barn doors that create an entrance to the ceremony location that can be decorated. Stone Tavern Farm has a covered patio for cocktail hour which is very convenient for rainy days. The restored barn is perfect for large wedding receptions of up to 400 guests. It is complete with a bar, raised dance floor, hay bales, and tables and chairs.
A highlight of this venue is Poppy, a very friendly goat that you can take photos with! We personally love all of the photo locations on the property. Many couples choose this venue so that they can enjoy an entire weekend with their loved ones. Stone Tavern Farm offers weekend packages that include a Friday rehearsal, Saturday wedding, and Sunday farewell brunch. There are onsite accommodations at the historic 1803 Stone House, which once served as an inn for travelers in the Catskills. There are so many things to love about this venue!
