Lavender Farm Engagement Session

Today we are sharing Shane and Spencer’s lavender farm engagement session with you! These two are so happy and in love, and it really shows in the way they interact with each other. It was a joy to capture their engagement photos and their incredible wedding at the Hudson Hall.

Trumbull Farms Lavender Fields

The lavender farm we visited for Spencer and Shane’s engagement is called Trumbull Farms, which is actually owned by Spencer’s parents! Trumbull Farms is a gorgeous organic, sustainable lavender farm that produces natural lavender products. You can also book a “pick your own lavender” excursion and tours of the fields and the barn. At Trumbull Farms, there is a beautiful idyllic hill where the lavender grows, making it the perfect romantic spot for this engagement session as well! We fell in love with this incredible lavender farm during this session.

Spencer & Shane’s Love Story

Spencer and Shane went on their first date at a dive bar in  Midtown on a snowy December day in 2017. After that, they traveled the world together as their bond grew, finding adventures in Burgundy, Napa, and Maui. The next chapter of their story would bring them even closer as they were quarantined together during the pandemic, living, working, and doing everything together in close quarters. Finally, Shane swapped the dive bar for an iconic Upper East Side hotel and proposed in the fall of 2020! We will share photos of their incredible wedding at the Hudson Hall later this month, so stay tuned.
