This family of three holds a special place in hearts. We have been friends for over 2 decades & were guests at our wedding, when they were newly engaged, back in August of 2000. Two of the sweetest & most loving people you could ever meet. We’ve kind of lived vicariously through them the last 10 years or so as we watched them travel the world. So when they came for a surprise visit one day on their way back home to California we were pleasantly surprised to find out they were expecting!! After 16 years of marriage they were going to become three!!! As I mentioned they live in California so I was a bit bummed I wasn’t going to be around to document her bump or take Lola’s newborn photos. But when they planned a trip out to NY this past October & when they asked me to photograph them I was literally squealing inside w/ excitement!! Whether they wanted them or not I would have taken these photographs. And you can see why, right?! Look at them…GAHHH!! Such a gorgeous family & we are thrilled to have gotten a chance to reconnect & meet their sweet baby girl!! So much love for these beautiful friends of ours!
